FAQ
What company do you ship with?
I ship via USPS.
How long does it take for you to ship orders?
In-stock orders will ship within one week of ordering. Pre-order items will have specified shipping estimates on their listing.
If your in-stock order has not shipped within a week of ordering, feel free to contact me.
How long will it take for me to receive my order once shipped?
For domestic US orders, it usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 & RELATED SHIPPING INFORMATION: Due to current events such as COVID-19, global shipping and manufacturing shortages, and USPS management, shipping times may vary and take significantly longer than normal, for both US & international orders. Please be patient with your order and thank you for understanding.
Why are you unable to ship to my country?
Currently, I am unable ship to the EU and the UK due to the tax restrictions placed on those areas. Australia is currently restricting packages due to COVID-19 so I am unable to ship there as well.
I ordered a pre-order item and an in-stock item, will I get two different packages?
No, your order will not ship until your entire order is in stock.
Do orders have tracking numbers?
Yes, all orders have basic tracking numbers by default.
The only exception is orders that contain ONLY stickers, these are shipped via USPS first class letter mail (stamped envelope!) to keep shipping prices low.
My package wasn't delivered properly!
Oh no! I ask that you please contact your local post office with the problem first, as they typically can help you better than I can.
If your local post office has no luck in helping you, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assist you from there.
My package arrived but an item is missing or damaged!
I'm sorry about that! Please take a photo of what you received and contact me, I'll see what I can do.
NOTE: Acrylic keychain and charms are typically covered with plastic film. If your keychain arrives looking scratched, try to see if there's film on it and peel it first to check if it's damaged or not!
